PTFC Fills the Void

This one honors one of my favorite public murals in Portland “Art Fills The Void!” on SE 12th Avenue just north of SE Division Street. The mural was painted by a group called Gorilla Wallflare in 1982 as a protest piece against the US involvement in the Central American Crisis of the 70s and 80s. The mural is one of the oldest in Portland and was restored by the Portland Street Arts Alliance in 2015.
