This was billed as a mystery project with a hint of mischief. There was no official release, just a cryptic post and an invitation to PM to get in on a limited run. It’s unclear if people knew what they were ordering, because these haven’t really showed up in the wild yet. The basic concept appears to be tongue in cheek, to be worn by those who self identify as a North End Snowflake as a form of defiance, or to be given to those who identify others as snowflake. 2018 was a year of a lot of arguing about politics and whether or not they belong in the North End or the TA in general. Some people just want to watch soccer and not bring in the outside world. Some people see our fan culture as an inextricable part of the world that surrounds us.
