In honor of Brian Fernandez, Portland’s splashiest new signing for a club record transfer fee. El Alacrán translates to the Scorpion, which was was Brian’s nickname. The patch mimicked a style found on hats that Brian has displayed an affinity to. The producer did manage to get one to Brian.
