This patch is for the Portland Table Soccer Club, which plays a tabletop soccer game called Subbuteo. Unlike foosball, the players are loose, plastic figures on bases that are flicked around by the forefinger. The rules mimic that of soccer, with some exceptions that are mostly in place to keep game play more equitable on a tiny scale.
