Daruma – Thorns

Daruma is a doll you buy in Japan when there is something you wish to achieve/accomplish or just want general good luck. When you get it home you think about what is you want and fill in one eye. When you achieve your goal/wish you fill in the other. The text translates to “Thorns” as written in written in Katakana, a phonetic system for writing foreign words.
