Requirements: Sort of complicated, and evolving. Requirements from the producer:

1. If you have gotten a Timbers tattoo from the official 107ist/TA tattooer, and go-to tattooer for Timbers players, Igor Mortis Igor Mortis, you can obtain this patch directly from him in person.

2. If you are a tattooer who has done a Timbers tattoo AND fulfilled your continuing education requirement for your Oregon license in any year in a class with me (Jason Roberts), you can obtain this patch from me in person.
